Product owner

OTYS Recruiting Technology is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Owner to take center stage during our webinars, presenting our cutting-edge recruitment solutions to a global audience. In this role, you will act as the voice of our products, delivering compelling demonstrations, highlighting key features, and showcasing how our technology addresses the needs of clients and the recruitment industry.

Your expertise and presentation skills will not only educate and engage our audience but also reinforce OTYS’s position as a leader in recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary presenter for webinars, delivering product demonstrations and feature overviews tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging scripts, presentations, and visuals for webinars.
• Translate technical product features into easy-to-understand benefits for various audience segments.
• Address live audience questions and feedback, demonstrating deep knowledge of the product and industry.
• Provide insights into the product development process, sharing updates, use cases, and success stories.
• Gather feedback from webinar participants to inform product enhancements and prioritize features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to position OTYS as a forward-thinking leader.

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in technology or SaaS environments.
  • Experience in public speaking, virtual presentations, or webinars is a must.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
  • In-depth understanding of product management, recruitment technology, and market trends.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, audience-friendly messages.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in product management or related fields are a plus.
