OTYS Recruiting Technology is seeking a dynamic and engaging Webinar Host to serve as the face and voice of our virtual events. As a Webinar Host, you will be responsible for moderating live webinars, ensuring smooth technical execution, and engaging with our audience to deliver high-quality, informative, and interactive sessions. This role is crucial in showcasing our innovative recruitment solutions and strengthening relationships with our global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live and pre-recorded webinars, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation style.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan webinar topics, guest speakers, and content strategy.
• Prepare webinar materials, including slide decks, scripts, and visuals.
• Manage Q&A sessions, polls, and live chats to encourage audience participation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless webinar delivery.
• Analyze webinar performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Represent OTYS as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission in every session.

• Experience:
  • 2+ years in a similar role, such as webinar hosting, virtual event moderation, or public speaking.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, ON24) is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple webinars and schedules.
  • Technical proficiency in operating webinar tools and handling troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Ability to engage and captivate a diverse audience.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
