Webinar moderator

OTYS Recruiting Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Webinar Moderator to ensure the smooth execution of our live and pre-recorded virtual events. The Webinar Moderator will work behind the scenes to support webinar hosts and presenters, manage technical aspects, and facilitate audience interactions. This role is critical to delivering seamless and impactful webinars that highlight our innovative recruitment technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to hosts, presenters, and attendees before and during webinars.
• Monitor webinar platforms to ensure all systems (audio, video, screen sharing) are functioning correctly.
• Manage live Q&A sessions, polls, and audience interactions to create an engaging experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and professionally during live events.
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure webinar materials (slides, videos, visuals) are ready for use.
• Handle administrative tasks such as attendee registration, email follow-ups, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor to support webinar participants and attendees.

• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in webinar or virtual event support, customer service, or technical assistance.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools is essential.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing both technical and audience-related queries.
  • Technical proficiency with webinar tools, including troubleshooting common issues.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality execution of all event components.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
